High Strength Hot-dipped Aluminum Zinc Alloy Greenhouse Wire Lock Channel
Greenhouse lock channels, typically C-shaped with locking wires, secure plastic film onto greenhouses. They are usually made of 0.6mm thick hot-dipped aluminum zinc alloy (150g/sqm).
To improve durability in various climates, a new generation of lock channels with different thicknesses, strengths, and rust-resistant materials is being launched.
MATERIAL | THICKNESS(mm) | COATING(g/sqm) |
Steel, aluminum zinc alloy treatment | 0.7 | 150 |
0.9 | 180 | |
Steel, hot galvanized treatment | 0.9 | 275 |
Aluminum alloy | 1 |
New greenhouse lock channels boast enhanced durability:
Advanced air-cooling technology strengthens the outer layer, improving wind resistance for safer greenhouses.
Aluminum alloy construction provides excellent performance and longevity in high-salt environments.
Optimized internal space for easy spring wire insertion/removal.
Angled design ensures secure spring wire retention.
