In Prasada, our vertical stand system is an A-shaped stand growing system. Compared with an NFT system, a vertical growing system has several layers on each side which can greatly increase the number of grown plants for each square meter.
In our design, the vertical A-shape stand is a deep flow technique (NFT), as another type of hydroponic system, its working theory is similar to NFT (Nutrient Film Technique). But with some key differences.
Different Layout: The vertical grow system is A-shaped steel stand with a vertical channel layout, while, the NFT is a flat layout
Deeper solution: Partially submerged in the solution, with the top part exposed to air. This allows for better oxygen access compared to NFT.
More plants: It can grow more plants than NFT one.
Vertical Stand size:
Width: 1.7m or customized
Height: 1.76m height or customized
Length: 5m long for each set, can be connected depends on greenhouse size
Layers: 4-6 layers for each side
Available crops: Lettuce, cabbage, water spinach or all kinds of leaf vegetable, herbs
Location: Inside greenhouse or outfield, both are available.
